The Baduy Luar experience involves walking and trekking on uneven terrain, including uphill and downhill sections. The overall trekking activity may take approximately 4–5 hours, so participants should prepare their physical condition accordingly.

Baduy Luar is a traditional customary community. Participants must respect local customs, traditions, local residents, and instructions given by the local Baduy guide throughout the journey.
Photography & Documentation
Photography and video are permitted in Baduy Luar, provided that participants respect local customs and avoid photographing people or activities when permission is not given. Baduy Dalam has stricter documentation restrictions and is not part of this international guest trip.

- Do not bring or use illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
- Do not bring loud entertainment equipment such as radios, speakers, or similar devices.
- Do not bring or play musical instruments such as guitars if they may disturb the local community.
- Do not leave cooking fires, campfires, or other sources of fire unattended or burning.
- Respect local customs and conduct yourself appropriately and discreetly throughout the visit.
- Follow the instructions of the local Baduy guide and Hepinori Tour team throughout the trip.

International tourists can visit Baduy Luar only. Baduy Dalam is not accessible to international tourists.
The Baduy Dalam area has additional customary restrictions, including restrictions on photography, video recording, and access to certain protected areas. These restrictions do not form part of this Baduy Luar private trip.

How much does the Private Trip Baduy Luar cost?
The current international guest rates are based on the number of participants: IDR 2,650,000 for 1 person, IDR 1,675,000 per person for 2 people, IDR 1,485,000 per person for 3 people, IDR 1,340,000 per person for 4 people, and IDR 1,250,000 per person for 5 people. More participants mean a lower price per person.
Is this a private trip or a shared trip?
This is a private trip. Your group will travel privately without being combined with other participants. It is suitable for couples, families, friends, or small private groups.
What is included in the Private Trip Baduy Luar?
The package includes a local Baduy guide, Baduy entrance ticket, customary settlement permit, traditional Baduy lunch, private Toyota Innova Reborn transportation, and trip assistance throughout the journey.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included in the standard package. Optional travel insurance is available at IDR 50,000 per person for international guests.

2. International Guest Pricing
- The prices displayed on this English page are specifically for international guests.
- The current private trip rates are based on the number of participants and are calculated per person.
- More participants may result in a lower price per person.
- Prices may be subject to change if there are official changes to entrance fees, customary regulations, transportation costs, or other operational requirements before payment is completed.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made through the Hepinori Tour website or directly through our Admin.
- A booking becomes active after the participant has made the required deposit or full payment according to the booking arrangement.
- Any remaining balance must be paid within the payment deadline provided by the Hepinori Tour Admin.
- Bookings made close to the travel date may require full payment.
- Participants are required to send proof of payment to the Admin for verification.
4. Private Trip Terms
- This is a private trip arrangement and is not combined with participants from other groups.
- The travel date can be selected according to the participant's preferred schedule, subject to local guide availability, customary regulations, local conditions, and operational arrangements.
- The number of participants must follow the available transportation and operational arrangements.
- Changes to the number of participants after the booking has been confirmed may affect the total trip cost.
- Any itinerary changes requested by the participant after confirmation may result in additional charges depending on the required operational arrangements.
5. International Guest Access
- International guests may visit Baduy Luar as part of this private trip.
- International guests are not permitted to enter Baduy Dalam.
- Guests must respect all customary restrictions and instructions given by the local Baduy guide.
- The itinerary will remain within areas that are accessible and permitted for international visitors.

- Participants should be in suitable physical condition for walking and trekking on uneven natural terrain.
- The walking and trekking activity may take approximately 4–5 hours and includes uphill and downhill sections.

7. Cancellation by Participants
- Cancellations after the booking and payment have been confirmed are non-refundable.
- Costs already committed for transportation, local guide arrangements, permits, meals, entrance fees, or other operational requirements are non-refundable.
- Where possible, a participant may request to transfer the booking to a replacement participant, subject to Hepinori Tour approval, local guide availability, and operational conditions.

Weather conditions, local conditions, customary regulations, access restrictions, community activities, or other circumstances may affect the itinerary. Hepinori Tour reserves the right to adjust the schedule, route, activities, meeting arrangements, or other operational details when necessary to respect local regulations and prioritize participant safety.
9. Personal Belongings
Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. Hepinori Tour is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings caused by participant negligence.

- Participants must respect Baduy customs, traditions, community values, and local residents.
- Participants must follow the instructions of the local Baduy guide and Hepinori Tour team.
- Participants must not litter or throw waste into rivers or other natural areas.
- Participants must not damage or remove plants, catch or harm animals, or disturb the surrounding environment.
- Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited.
- Participants must avoid behavior that violates local moral and customary norms.
- Guests must not enter restricted areas or protected areas.
11. Photography & Documentation
- Photography and video are generally permitted in Baduy Luar when local customs are respected.
- Participants should avoid photographing or recording local residents or activities without appropriate permission.
- Photography and video restrictions apply in restricted customary areas, including Baduy Dalam.
- International guests must not attempt to enter Baduy Dalam for photography, video, or any other purpose.
12. Trip Documentation by Hepinori Tour
During the trip, Hepinori Tour may take photographs or videos for documentation and promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded may inform the Hepinori Tour team before the trip begins.
13. Transportation & Trip Assistance
- Private transportation is provided according to the selected package and agreed pickup arrangement.
- Jakarta pickup and return are based on the agreed guest location and operational route.
- The Toyota Innova Reborn may also be used for Jakarta-area activities after the Baduy trip, subject to the agreed arrangement and a maximum usage time of 22:00.
- Additional transportation requirements outside the agreed arrangement may incur additional charges.
14. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the standard package. Optional travel insurance is available for international guests at IDR 50,000 per person. Participants are encouraged to arrange suitable travel insurance according to their individual needs.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Hepinori Tour reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary due to changes in customary regulations, local policies, operational conditions, transportation arrangements, or trip requirements. The latest version communicated to participants before departure shall apply.
