General Terms
- The trip is open to the public and participants must follow the trip schedule, Tour Leader's instructions, and applicable trip regulations.
- The Open Trip requires a minimum of 13 participants. If the minimum number has not been reached, the Hepinori Tour team will contact participants to discuss the available solution, including a price adjustment based on the actual number of participants or moving the booking to the next available departure.
- Booking is considered valid after payment and confirmation from Hepinori Tour.
- A minimum 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due no later than H-1, according to the booking terms provided.

Choose the meeting point according to your departure option. Participants can join the trip from Jakarta, Merak Port, or meet directly at Canti Pier.
Participants are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes early for registration and departure preparation.

Open Trip Quota
The Open Trip requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum quota has not been reached, any schedule or cost adjustment will be communicated to participants in advance.
Meeting Point
Participants must arrive at the selected meeting point according to the scheduled departure time. Late arrival may result in missing the departure and will be the participant's responsibility.
Health & Physical Condition
Participants should be in good physical condition and able to take part in boat transfers, light trekking, walking on uneven terrain, and outdoor activities.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after the booking has been confirmed are non-refundable because operational arrangements and trip-related costs may already have been processed.
Weather & Sea Conditions
The itinerary may be adjusted or changed depending on weather conditions, sea waves, volcanic activity, access restrictions, or local authority regulations to ensure participant safety.

Regular departures are scheduled from Friday to Sunday. Participants joining from Jakarta and Pelabuhan Merak start their journey on Friday, while participants joining directly from Dermaga Canti start on Saturday for the 2 Days 1 Night trip.

Yes. Participants can join directly from Dermaga Canti with the 2 Days 1 Night (2D1N) option. The departure date and trip duration are automatically adjusted according to the selected meeting point.

- Please carefully verify that the recipient name and destination account number are correct before confirming the transfer through your ATM or mobile banking.
- Please keep your physical or digital payment receipt safely until the entire trip reservation and administration process has been completed.
