The boat departs at exactly 08:00 for Sepa Island. The journey takes approximately 80–90 minutes.
Arrive at Sepa Island Resort and begin the day's island program.
Enjoy a welcome drink after arriving at the resort.
Collect your breakfast and lunch vouchers at the Sepa Island Resort Front Office.
Enjoy breakfast at the resort before continuing with your island activities.
Enjoy free time around the island and make the most of the available resort facilities and beach area.
Enjoy buffet lunch, take a short rest, and use the prayer time at Restaurant Ulin.
Complete the return registration and seat selection at the Front Office. After the deadline, the system may determine the seat number.

Proceed to the departure area and prepare for boarding the return boat.
The return boat departs at exactly 15:00. The journey back takes approximately 80–90 minutes.

Departure Check-In
Departure registration is from 07:00 to 07:30 WIB at the Baylounge Departure Pier. The boat departs promptly at 08:00 WIB. Guests arriving after the scheduled departure time will be considered as having cancelled their trip.
Boat Seating & Luggage
Boat seating is assigned by the system based on safety procedures, boat operating requirements, and passenger safety.
- Maximum luggage allowance is 10 kg per person.
- Excess luggage is charged at Rp 10,000/kg.
Vehicle Parking for Resort Guests
Guests staying at Sepa Resort must register their vehicle to receive the applicable parking fee reduction. Unregistered vehicles will be charged an overnight parking penalty of Rp 500,000 per night. Valet and overnight parking fees are charged separately.
Food, Drinks & Pets
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the island area. Pets are also not allowed.
Guests bringing alcoholic beverages will be subject to the applicable corkage fees listed below.
- Beer 330 ml: Rp 20,000++ per bottle or can
- Beer 620 ml: Rp 40,000++ per bottle
- Spirits/Liqueur 300–<1000 ml: Rp 300,000++ per bottle

For a more comfortable experience, you can add a private MPV and driver for Rp 1,500,000 per vehicle. The private vehicle is available for guests in the Jakarta area until 22:00 WIB.
The private vehicle service includes pickup in Jakarta, transfer to Baylounge Pluit, return transportation after the Sepa Island trip, and continued use of the vehicle and driver for activities in Jakarta such as dinner, shopping, cafés, bars, or sightseeing until 22:00 WIB.
For pickup locations outside Jakarta, additional transportation charges may apply. The vehicle cost will be calculated separately based on the pickup location and required route.

Return Check-In & Departure
Return seat selection registration is available from 13:00 to 14:00 WIB at the Front Office.
The boat departs for the return journey promptly at 15:00 WIB. Guests who arrive late will be considered as having missed the scheduled return departure.
Weather Conditions
Departure and return schedules may change depending on weather conditions. Any operational changes will be made with guest safety as the main priority.
Guest Responsibility
All guests are expected to follow the applicable rules and instructions provided by the boat crew, resort staff, and Hepinori Tour team throughout the trip.

By booking and making a payment for the Private Sepa Island One Day Trip with Hepinori Tour, participants are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions of the trip.
2. Pricing
- The private Sepa Island One Day Trip for guests meeting directly at Baylounge Departure Pier is priced at Rp 1,600,000 per person.
- Guests may add a private MPV and dedicated driver for Rp 1,500,000 per vehicle.
- The private MPV and driver service applies to transportation within the Jakarta area and is available until 22:00 WIB.
- Pickup locations outside Jakarta may require additional transportation charges, which will be calculated separately based on the required route and vehicle arrangement.
- Prices may be subject to change if there are official changes to entrance fees, operational costs, boat fees, destination regulations, or other applicable charges before payment is completed.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made through the Hepinori Tour website or directly through our Admin.
- A booking becomes active after the participant has made the required deposit or full payment according to the booking arrangement.
- Any remaining balance must be paid within the payment deadline provided by the Hepinori Tour Admin.
- Bookings made close to the departure date may require full payment.
- Participants are required to send proof of payment to the Admin for verification.
4. Private Trip Arrangement
- This is a private trip arrangement and is not combined with participants from other groups or Open Trip departures.
- The trip date can be selected according to the participant's preferred schedule, subject to boat availability, resort availability, weather, sea conditions, and operational arrangements.
- The number of participants must follow the available boat capacity and operational arrangements.
- Changes to the number of participants after booking confirmation may affect the total trip cost.
- Any special itinerary or transportation request made after confirmation may result in additional charges depending on the required arrangement.

- Guests may use the dedicated vehicle for activities such as dinner, shopping, cafés, bars, sightseeing, or returning to their hotel.
- Private vehicle service is available until 22:00 WIB.
- Pickup or destination requests outside Jakarta require separate vehicle cost calculation.
8. Luggage Allowance
- Each guest is allowed a maximum of 10 kg of luggage.

13. Weather, Sea Conditions & Operational Changes
Departure and return schedules may change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, operational requirements, or safety considerations. Hepinori Tour and the boat operator reserve the right to adjust departure times, return times, transportation, itinerary, or other arrangements when necessary to prioritize guest safety.
14. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must follow the instructions of the Boat Crew, Resort Staff, Driver, and Hepinori Tour operational team.
- Participants must comply with all applicable resort, boat, island, and destination rules.
- Participants are responsible for arriving at the required meeting points and following the confirmed departure and return schedule.
- Hepinori Tour reserves the right to stop or restrict a participant's activity if their actions are considered dangerous or violate applicable rules.
15. Cancellation by Participants
- Cancellations after the booking and payment have been confirmed are non-refundable.
- Costs already committed for boat reservations, transportation, entrance fees, resort arrangements, meals, or other operational requirements are non-refundable.
- Where possible, a participant may request to transfer the booking to a replacement participant, subject to Hepinori Tour approval and operational conditions.
16. Personal Belongings
Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. Hepinori Tour is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings caused by participant negligence or failure to properly secure personal items.
17. Trip Documentation
During the trip, Hepinori Tour may take photographs and videos for documentation and promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded may inform the Hepinori Tour team before the trip begins.
18. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Hepinori Tour reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary due to changes in policies, regulations, operational conditions, resort requirements, or trip arrangements. The latest version communicated to participants before departure shall apply.
