Trek up Anak Krakatau to Level 2, the highest area currently permitted for visitors. Trekking to the crater summit is not allowed.
Enjoy the volcanic landscape and surrounding views from the highest permitted exploration area.
Return to the fast boat and continue to Lagoon Cabe on Rakata Island. Enjoy lunch on the island and, if conditions allow, snorkeling around the lagoon to see coral and tropical fish.

- The prices displayed on the website apply to Indonesian citizens (WNI).
- Private Trip pricing may vary depending on the selected departure point and trip arrangement.
- Prices may be subject to change if there are official changes to entrance fees, operational costs, or destination regulations before the participant completes the payment.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made through the Hepinori Tour website or directly through our Admin.
- A booking becomes active after the participant has made the required deposit or full payment according to the booking arrangement.
- Any remaining balance must be paid within the payment deadline provided by the Hepinori Tour Admin.
- Bookings made close to the departure date may require full payment.
- Participants are required to send proof of payment to the Admin for verification.
4. Private Trip Terms
- This is a private trip arrangement and is not combined with participants from other groups or Open Trip departures.
- The departure date can be selected according to the participant's preferred schedule, subject to boat availability, weather, sea conditions, and operational arrangements.
- The number of participants must follow the available boat capacity and operational arrangements.
- Changes to the number of participants after the booking has been confirmed may affect the total trip cost.
- Any itinerary changes requested by the participant after confirmation may result in additional charges depending on the required operational arrangements.
5. Participant Health & Physical Condition
- Participants must be in suitable physical condition to take part in boat transfers, outdoor activities, light trekking, and snorkeling.
- Participants with specific medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before joining the trip.
- Participants should inform the Hepinori Tour team of any relevant health condition that may affect their safety during the trip.
6. Cancellation by Participants
- Cancellations after the booking and payment have been confirmed are non-refundable.
- Costs already committed for boat reservations, transportation, entrance fees, meals, or other operational requirements are non-refundable.
- Where possible, a participant may request to transfer the booking to a replacement participant, subject to Hepinori Tour approval and operational conditions.
7. Force Majeure & Field Conditions
In the event of extreme weather, high waves, unsafe sea conditions, volcanic activity, area closures, government regulations, instructions from relevant authorities, or other circumstances beyond Hepinori Tour's control, Hepinori Tour reserves the right to adjust the schedule, itinerary, activities, or other operational arrangements to prioritize participant safety.
8. Personal Belongings
Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. Hepinori Tour is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings caused by participant negligence.
9. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must follow the instructions of the Tour Guide, Boat Crew, and Hepinori Tour operational team throughout the trip.
- Participants must comply with the rules and regulations applicable in the Anak Krakatau area and follow instructions from relevant authorities.
- Hepinori Tour reserves the right to stop a participant's activity if their actions are considered dangerous to themselves, other participants, crew members, or the surrounding environment, or if they violate applicable rules.
10. Trip Documentation
During the trip, Hepinori Tour may take photographs and videos for documentation and promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded may inform the Hepinori Tour team before the trip begins.

Hepinori Tour reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary due to changes in policies, regulations, operational conditions, or trip requirements. The latest version communicated to participants before departure shall apply.
